  Photography Release When Registering For Classes

By registering or attending a Brookings Arts Council event, class, or workshop I, _____________________________________, hereby grant the Brookings Arts Council the right to video record and/or photograph me and use the clips and/or photographs in promotional videos, print and online. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Brookings Arts Council and will not be returned.

I hereby authorize the Brookings Arts Council permission to edit, copy, exhibit, or publish the video recordings and/or photographs for lawful educational and promotional purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished project, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, I waive any rights to compensation arising or related to the use of the videos for educational or promotional purposes.

I hereby hold harmless and release the Brookings Arts Council, the videographer, photographer, their offices, employees, agents, or designees from liability for a violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with use.
